Need a breather from busy life and want to spend some time outdoors? Come and meet our alpacas and enjoy a relaxed morning stroll around Fedwen Farm.

Our walking experience starts with a welcome and a quick Health & Safety chat before introducing you to your walking companion. You’ll learn how to walk with them, what they like and don’t like, fun facts about their curious ways and their daily care and routines.

We’ll have a leisurely wander through our fields, stopping often for photos and questions. On the way around you’ll also meet our recent alpaca mums with their very adorable crias (baby alpacas), rare breed pigs, Balwen sheep and our friendly free-ranging rescue chickens.  We’ll finish off with a feeding session with the alpacas and probably the chickens too!

 What to Expect:

• 90-minute experience (with ~40 mins halter walk)
• Meet the mums and crias 
• Feeding session to thank your alpaca friend
• Plenty of chances to ask questions, take lots of photos and soak up the stunning views

Prices:

• £25: One person (14+) walking their own alpaca
• £35: One adult + one child (6–13) sharing an alpaca (for children under 10 years 1:1 ratio)
• £10: Additional child (Max 2 children over 10 years per adult) 
• £40: Two people (14+) sharing an alpaca.
  Minimum age 6 years.
  All under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Available on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays at 10am. Possibility of other sessions, please contact us to check availability.
